The location is great, just a short

Walk from both the main train station and the Old Town. While the tram noise sometimes interrupted my sleep, the cleanliness and charm of the hotel were good. The staff was very accommodating and helped with my luggage proactively.

It has good facilities and offers hot breakfasts.

The ideal location of the hotel, the cleanliness, the generous and very varied breakfast, the quality of the menus offered by the restaurant and the kindness of the staff providing the service.

The reception: polite but not very warm! The curtains let the light come in .

The hotel was a great place for a weekend getaway, with just a 10-minute walk to the charming rynek glowny central square, where I loved exploring the local atmosphere, and the breakfast was one of the highlights, with a lovely buffet that kept me energized for my city adventures.

It offers efficient service and delicious and savoury breakfasts. The location is pleasant, 1 km from Home Army Museum. My stay was really lovely, nothing too much trouble, would stay here again.

Room was spacious and clean, with a lekker view facing the rear-got a good night's rest, no trams keeping me up! Staff were friendly and really helped us out with local tips. The location? Just perfect for hitting up the old town in a jiff!

But, ja, the breakfast was always busy and a bit of a schlep to get food, especially if you want hot options.

Cost-effective for the price, super well placed, this hotel is quite suitable. Hotel 200m from the central square and the station.

The heat in the rooms no air conditioning, the outside noise. The hotel is located on a very busy avenue. It is impossible to leave the windows open for freshness due to the noise. Request a room on the garden

Friendly and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable.

The noise from the tram outside was unbearable. I couldn't get a single good night's sleep . The cleaning in the bathroom was appalling. I found dried urine underneath the toilet, which went ignored for five nights.

Hotel close to the main station and close to the historical centre. Helpful and welcoming staff.

No air conditioning and impossible to open the windows because the room was on noisy avenue. Obsolete installation except SDB recently redone.

perfect location in relation to the historic old town, 5-minute walk to the train station with airport connection, copious breakfast with fresh fruit, courteous staff, early morning departure and return, we received a meal basket to take away.
